Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711 1A011 Hands-on Review

Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711 1A011 Hands-on Review

Few watches are as desirable and CEO worthy as the Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711. The version we are reviewing is the 5711/1A011 with the white dial.

This watch was designed in 1976 by Gerald Genta and -- while initially not as popular -- it is today one of the most difficult watches to obtain due to the long wait list.

We could argue that part of the limited supply is intentional as Patek doesn't wish to produce many of them. It is about keeping it exclusive.
Whilst the watch is sporty it works very well with a suit and a formal boardroom setting too.

The watch wears very well. It has a 40mm dial and a very comfortable steel bracelet of the legendary patek quality.

Even more famous is the blue dial version. It is the classic colour vs the white that was launched only in 2013.

Patek Philippe is certainly at a difference price and not for everyone but is considered by most watch lovers the top brand for its exclusivity and impeccable quality. A top choice recommended for existing and future CEOs.
